When dad's become "MANny's"...

You should have seen the disbelief in my eyes when I read my baby mama's SMS - in fact, I had to read it numerous times just to be certain of the insult!

So, I have not seen my darling daughter for a while now because the last time I needed to spend some time with her I was instructed to ask for permission and approval and being the stubborn self that I am, I was having none of that.

• I refuse to only be party in my daughter's life when there's finances involved
• I refuse to be in my daughter's life only if it is convenient for the mother
• I refuse to be in my daughter's life as her "nanny"
• etc. etc. etc.

The message asks me to please fetch my daughter for the weekend because the mother has plans - WTF? 

• This is after I have not seen my daughter for months
• This is after she refuses to let my daughter use her phone to call or text me
• It's end of year and she has not let me know how my daughter performed at school
• My daughter stays with her 24/7 yet she does not allow me to spend a lunch hour with her
• She is always asking me for money for my daughter's clothes, school trips etc.and there's never a thank you

Now, am I wrong to rese to be abused like this? Hell no, I have a right to spend quality time with my daughter and those terms should not be dictated by the evil mother. Moreso if I provide for my daughter...

What's a man to do?
